I contacted Rhino a few weeks ago about looking at my roof as it had been leaking for a while now and needed to be fixed before winter. They told me they were super busy, but might be able to send a guy out to look at it quick. Withing 2 hours of calling they had someone on my roof inpecting what needed to be done. Jose was great and was able to text and inform me that my chimney needed to be resealed. He offered two options and when I wasn't sure which to chose I asked for his honest opinion. He was great at explaining how the two options differed. Within 4 hours of calling Rhino my roof was repaired. I cannot thank Jose and the team enough for getting this done in such a quick and professional manner. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs roof work! ~ Natasha W

When I first contacted Rhino Roofing LLC about an extremely damaging leak in my roof they got back to me the SAME DAY. Mitch and Mike came out to inspect and then applied a patch/fix to get through the next few days of rain. Mitch sat down with me and walked me through different options, my house is old and in direct line of winds coming off the lake, we came to the conclusion the best measure was a complete roof installation with new shingles. Once all the supplies arrived, the work crew they provided almost completely finished in one day! There was one additional area that needed attention and not only did Mike come out and fix it he also made it look aesthetically pleasing at no additional cost! Very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them. Now I have peace of mind that my roof is water tight for years to come. ~ zaxattack314

Rhino Roofing replaced our residential roof. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. They made the entire process easy. Derek and Mitch reached out immediately when I requested a quote. Work on the roof started less than two weeks later. Derek was a great communicator and project manager throughout construction. He was always available and quick to respond when I had a question. The construction crew did a remarkable job. They tore off and replaced the entire roof in one day. They were fast, but also seemed focused on quality. Site cleanup was good. It was a positive experience overall. I would hire Rhino again for my next roofing project. ~ Chris C

My insurance company gave me a 3 week notice that they were canceling my policy due to the age of my existing roof. WHAT?? I called 3 roofing companies that same day. We were very impressed with the service from Rhino Roofing. Very fast service, they had our roof on our house and garage within 2 weeks of giving us our initial estimate and contract signing. They finished the job in 2 days, and used to notch materials. Everyone else was out 4 months on roof replacement. They used quality materials and did things that other companies just didn't bother with. We are adding Solar and needed the roof done asap and they didn't disappoint. They did a fabulous job! Professional, great communication, experienced, and job well done! Usually you sacrifice and pick between one, maybe two, of those qualities when you hire a roofing company, but not with Rhino Roofing. They are professional and do an above average job and have years of experience with roofing, siding and gutters. 5 start customer service. Very competitive quotes. Extremely impressive how fast the job was completed. I have and would recommend anyone Rhino Roofing. At minimum, give them a chance to quote your project. I had my roof and gutters updated. Over all process went smooth and was updated to any changes or delays. The quality of work was 4 stars out of 5 because I am very picky person. I had a few small questionable quality concerns and Derek reviewed and fix himself to my liking. This company is phenomenal! We just moved into a house which needed a roof. After doing a quick online quote, we made an appointment for them to come have a look at our situation (obvious previous ice dam issues). Ryan came to our house, evaluated the situation and spoke frankly about what we would need to do. We also appreciate his honesty and integrity in not ‘selling’ us more than we needed (we were independently convinced that we would need a metal roof). With the money we saved by not going that route, we improved our insulation. Rhino roofing was able to coordinate with the insulation company so that we could have it all done while the roof was off! All of this took place in less than a week! The crew that showed up to install the roof were punctual, professional, and so hard working. We’re extremely pleased with Rhino Roofing (and the warranties associated with the products and services). Quick and painless. Personal, yet very professional. They were available for questions right away and very accommodating. I asked if they would fly their drone over the garage as well as the house to make sure that the new shingles would match. Derrick didn’t even hesitate; he hovered the drone over the garage to make sure the colors would match. He was very helpful. I had requested they remove a skylight, and they had no problem taking it out and covering it. Derrick also helped answer all questions I had and gave me pointers to help keep the ice dams from forming. The work itself was started and completed in a matter of hours! Even the dumpster had been taken away before I returned from running my errands! I had previously contacted another contractor to perform the work, and never heard back after several conversations with him. Rhino Roofing came out within a matter of days after contacting them, and had everything ordered and completed within days! The roof looks amazing! It looks as it should!! Rhino was extremely helpful with my roof insurance claim. Even talked with my adjuster. Also very fast with setting apt to get the work done. The roofing crew was top notch as well. They protect everything with tarps and even moved some stuff out of the way. They removed a sky light for me and hung fascia boards on my garage. They also cleaned up extremely well. All around a very good experience. If your looking for a roofing company stop!!! You found one!! ~ Sean M

Called the friendly people at Rhino, and had no issues. I requested several quotes from different companies only to run into issue after issue with everyone else but the people at Rhino who were quick to respond answered every question I had. Their response times were amazing. They were extremely patient, and helpful being I had issues with my insurance even sending an adjuster out to look at my roof. When it was all said once I was able to go ahead with my roof it was as if the wait was well worth it. The quality, and professionalism they put forth I haven't run into in a long time. After seeing my roof finished I was blown away at how good it looks. I usually don't do reviews but in this case with how responsive and professional they were I felt it was well deserved. I had alot of issues, and they were patient with the process, but once I had the go ahead the time it took them to set it up, and complete the job was amazing. These guys did a wonderful job. I called about a roof repair and one of the owners cam out the next day to do an estimate. The work was completed within the week. It looks fantastic! The roofers were very nice and cleaned up even the sticks in the yard when they left. Highly recommended. I’m editing because I think it’s important to add that it seems like they really like doing roofs and they care about the job they do. ~ Heather K
